Trouble call resulting from installation problem due

to faulty work by contractors                                $10.00 each occurrence

Turning in work orders for tap cuts and/or wall fish

that are not needed                                $10.00 each occurrence

Failure of contractor to follow up on trouble call

brought to contractor's attention by TWEAN

supervisor in a reasonable amount of time. That

Failure by contractor to resolve customer complaints

within 5 working days of issue.                                Cost of resulting damages

Failure to report status of each order by check‑in time
