informed and well educated about Lee County EMS. Maintain

pertinent policy statements and standard operating

serving as the primary contact for the media for both routine and on-scene

Manager. Served as project manager for Public Web Operations within the
Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Public Affairs. Primary
responsibility was to oversee and maintain the public web presence of
DefenseLINK including strategic planning, analysis, and documentation of
operations. DefenseLINK is the official site of the Secretary of Defense and
receives more than 1.5 million hits and 80,000 unique visitors weekly and
supports more than 12 mailing lists with more than 50,000 subscribers and
several posts per day. The overall budget for operations rose from $500K in
1999 to $1.35 million in 2002.

Consultant. Served as lead consultant for web development for the
Arist
company and their client the Army National Guard Headquarters. Provided
guidance to the functional areas, including graphic artists, database managers,

development at the Army National Guard. Developed corporate guidelines and
standards for the user interface design on web projects.

configured Microsoft NT server using Netscape Fast Track. Served as the
Division representative for the National Cancer Institute's Web Integration
Project, aimed at migrating all to Vignette Story Server platform.
Managed and developed the Division's conference room
scheduling system integrating the functionality of the Microsoft Outlook client
and the Division's Intranet site.
