USATF Masters Rules govern competition. Day
of Event Registration will be permitted if space allows and subject to a
$10.00 late fee. All-weather track. Lynks timing system will be used.
Concession Stand will be open. Locker room facilities are available.
Shoes: 1/4" spikes; tennis shoes are permitted.
Throwing implements will not be provided. Pole Vault is for
experienced vaulters only; must bring own pole.

60+:
Shot Put - 3.0 kg, Discus Throw - 1.0 kg, Javelin Throw - 400 gms.
Men:
50+:
Shot Put - 6.0 kg, Discus Throw - 1.5 kg, Javelin Throw - 700 gms.
60+:
Shot Put - 5.0 kg, Discus Throw - 1.0 kg, Javelin Throw - 600 gms.
70+: Shot Put - 4.0 kg, Discus Throw - 1.0 kg, Javelin Throw - 500 gms.
80+: Shot Put - 4.0 kg, Discus Throw - 1.0 kg, Javelin Throw - 400 gms.
Running events may start no more than 10 minutes ahead of schedule -
please listen for announcements. Competition order for running events -
oldest to youngest, women first. Depending upon entries, some age groups
may be combined. Competition order for HJ & PV: starts at lowest
height for all athletes. 6 jumps for long Jump; 6 throws for Javelin,
Shot Put, and Discus; 3 throws for Softball.

Format will be determined by the number of entries in each division. Teams
must be of same gender. Maximum of 15 and minimum of 5 players per team.
Athletes may play on only 1 team. Please bring your own ball. Team
clothing should be of like design and color with numbers on both front and
back.
Division is determined by the age of the youngest
player as of December 31, 2003. Locker room facilities are
available. Officials will be provided.
Please have Team Captain complete Team Roster Form and
return with entry and appropriate fee.
