10K Recumbent Time Trial
USCF Rules govern competition. Starting order will be youngest
to oldest; men, then women. Starting times will be at equal
intervals of one (1) minute. Helmets are mandatory - Ansi or
Snell-approved with sticker affixed. Multi-gear (free-wheel)
bicycles with front and rear brakes are required. Fixed gear
bicycles are not permitted. NO FARRINGS ALLOWED. A holder will
be provided.
On-site registration will be permitted. However, riders
will only compete for a medal if they are taking the place of
a "no-show" in their age division.
Co-hosted by the Southland Senior Olympics and the City of
Long Beach Parks, Recreation & Marine.

USGA Rules govern tournament. Modified Shotgun
Tournament. 18 hole scratch or Club handicap
divisions. Fee includes Celebration Party, green fee and cart
rental which is mandatory. Please specify cart partner(s), if
any, on your entry.
Longest Drive, Closest to the Pin and Putting Contests are
part of our Senior Olympics Day. Celebration Reception will
follow.
