experienced race walkers only. Athletes may not wear
clothing which could impede the view of the judges. Coaches
will not be allowed on the field to pace walkers.
Newcomers and novices are invited to participate in the
800M Unjudged Walk and attend the Race Walking
Clinic to learn the proper techniques.

Doubles - All Ages
Singles and Doubles Competition. AARA Rules and code of
conduct will govern play. Round Robin Tournament. Division for
doubles teams will be determined by the age of the
youngest player as of December 31, 2003. Lensed
eye wear designed for racquet sports is mandatory. Balls will
be provided. All matches are self-referred.
Doubles competition is not a National Event.

20 foot rope, from sitting position. Timed only going up.
Men 70+ and Women 65+: May start from a standing position, but
5 seconds will be added to the time.
No Registration Fee is required. Please wear proper attire.
Non-experienced climbers are encouraged to attend the Tuesday
and Friday evening training sessions at Valley College.
