TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF HIRE

Rest assured that all hires for all our products come with full Public Liability Insurance underwritten by Leisure Insure the leading insurance company for our line of business. A copy of our insurance certificate is available on request before all hires. However, of course this means that there are a number of terms and conditions that the insurance company insist on around use of the equipment. We ask you to read, and sign these for each hire to ensure your safety and the safety of our equipment. These will be clarified to you in person when hiring the equipment. In addition, below we detail the terms and conditions relating to the contract. This enables us to keep in business and gives you peace of mind that you are getting what you ordered. Please read below.

1. Bookings will require a booking form completed and signed and a 25% deposit before the booking is confirmed.
2. The full amount of the booking must be paid on the day of erection once the equipment has been inspected and satisfactory to yourself.
3. Cancellation PolicyIf you cancel more than 7 days prior to the event then the hirer will forfeit the 25% deposit paid. If you cancel within 7 days then then full amount must be paid.
4. It is assumed that the location of the Marquee is on level ground capable of taking securing stakes up to 50cm in depth. Locations of any underground services should be pointed out to Party On representatives on arrival. Unless a site visit has been made it is your responsibility to ensure the site is large enough to accommodate the marquee size booked.
5. The location of the Marquee should be within 10m of a vehicle access point. If this is not possible then please mention when booking so a site visit can be arranged. Party On reserve the right to impose a premium where restricted access applies. They are big and heavy things and you try lugging one across fields, over fences etc - give us a chance!
6. If you are hiring equipment requiring a source of power then the site must be within 25m of a suitable power supply.
7. The hirer should not tamper with, amend or alter the marquee structure or equipment in anyway. This includes the hanging or attachment of any items to the structure. Permission should be sought and agreed by Party On for any such additions during the erection period.
8. Long distance hires. Party On reserve a right to impose a premium for hires a long distance from our Norfolk base. Any premium applicable will be included in any formal quotation from Party On.
9. The hirer will be liable for any damage or loss to Party On property resulting from misuse of the property and will be expected to pay for repairs or replacement of damaged or missing property.
