Welcome to my Sentra page. This area is dedicated to my 2001 Nissan Sentra GXE, 'Denise' (as in 'da Nissan'). I bought Denise in August, 2001 and began upgrading her not too long afterward. What follows are several articles on the B15 and reviews of products I have installed since purchase.

17 December 2001: As a Christmas present to myself, I'm getting Denise some essential stylin' elements: a sunroof and a purple neon underbody kit. I'm really after looks and style rather than speed, and an AEM Cold Air Intake is around the same price as the sunroof or the neon. Both should make quite a visual statement, since body kits are scarce for the B15 (everyone will wind up owning the same body kit), and they're way outta my price range right now if you include painting (and you have to include that). I can't wait to get back from break and see Denise all pretty!

As you can see, there is still much room for improvement. As of now, the engine and performance aspects have remained untouched. The only performance upgrade has been a MagnaFlow muffler, which gives a deep, unobtrusive sound (not a 'fart' sound like most 4-cylinder cars with performance exhausts) and great looks. A tire upgrade will be due in about 6 months. Prospective future mods include a Cold-Air Intake and exhaust headers.
