Now we're talkin'. Denise is really starting to take on a personality of her own. With some new glasses and a pretty new set of shoes, she's made a huge step forward from her old econobox image. I was lucky to find the rims and tires from an SE w/ Performance Package owner who was changing his own rims, so I got them for pretty cheap (especially if I had bought them from Nissan). The fogs were pretty straightforward; instead of paying Nissan $250 for factory lights + $150 for installation, I got some aftermarket fogs from Pep Boys ($70) and fitted them in the factory location ($75). They're cheap upgrades when compared to factory parts...I guess nothing's really cheap for cars anymore.

Here's Denise after her makeover. The new fogs look really nice, as if they should have been there from the beginning (I guess that's why Nissan put holes there in the first place). Nothing makes a statement like new rims, though. Just compare Denise now with her old picture.

Here's a look at Denise's new fog lights. Pretty straightforward, turn 'em on and enjoy the show. During normal visibility, the fogs light up the immediate front and sides of the car. Distance vision is the same, but you see more of what's right in front of you. In dark areas with lots of deer, that can help. Plus, you get a peace of mind when you can see clearly almost 180 degrees ahead of you at night.

Another look at Denise's fogs. Even as just a cosmetic addition, a set of fogs can really dress up the front of a car. Plus, it makes you that much more visible to the cars ahead of you, which is always a plus.

Here's a profile of Denise at night. You can't see much because of the darkness, but you can clearly see her new set of wheels. Along with the wheels you can see some nice wheelgap! I never noticed before, but especially looking at her top picture on this page, Denise looks kinda like a 4x4 truck with that much wheelgap.

Here's a look at Denise's backside with her new rims. She definitely looks sportier. The only thing missing is that hideous, puny stock exhaust. Even if it were chrome-plated, it would still stick out like a sore thumb. With her spoiler and new alloys, Denise's exhaust system also deserves to be dressed up with nice shiny parts.
