If you have no idea what emulation or roms are, read [This Faq] now.
Welcome to Homer's Roms! If you are here, that means you are looking for roms and related materials. If that is not why you are here then likely you were tricked into coming here by crazed poltergeists under our control. Accept our sincerest appologies on that matter. Anyways, everything here is pretty straightforward, so I don't think its necessary to get into details. Have fun!

Since I hate people who spout off rants with no proof, here you guys go. U.S.A.!!! U.S.A.!!! U.S.A.!!!
  • U.S. News MAY 18, 1992 By Stephen J. Hedges; Brian Duffy It was a triumph of American intelligence. What nobody knew at the time, however, was that U.S. taxpayers had helped finance the research and development of the missile technology inside the big new Iraqi rocket....According to an April 1990 memorandum obtained from the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, CCC loan money obtained by an Iraqi intermediary from the Atlanta branch of Italy's state-owned Banca Nazionale del Lavoro was apparently used to purchase nuclear triggers later seized by British Customs inspectors....In October 1989, the bureaucrats' labors completed, their report was presented to President Bush, who promptly signed it. The document is recorded as National Security Decision Directive 26. It concludes that it was in the "national interest" of the United States to seek "improved relations" with the government of Saddam Hussein. Endorsement of the policy came just a month later. The Bush administration pushed through $1 billion more in CCC loan guarantees for Iraq.
  • Officers Say U.S. Aided Iraq in War Despite Use of Gas By PATRICK E. TYLER New York Times, August 18, 2002 WASHINGTON, Aug. 17 A covert American program during the Reagan administration provided Iraq with critical battle planning assistance at a time when American intelligence agencies knew that Iraqi commanders would employ chemical weapons in waging the decisive battles of the Iran-Iraq war, according to senior military officers with direct knowledge of the program.

I have decided to comment on the Re-election of a murderer. Now some money grubbing republicans might send me e-mail's and start bashing me for what I just said. And I say bring it on. He failed in Afghanistan and has done nothing there but move the terrorist to another country and increase the drug trade there, which I am sure none of the money is going to terrorist. So he moves on to Iraq, where there are stockpiles of WMD's (oops, still haven't found any). Now some of you bible thumping red necks will say that Suddam was an evil evil man, killing his own people, well guess who gave him those weapons, thats right we did. I am tired of us policing the world, and then people crying and bitching when terrorist attack us. He is the president of the U.S., not the world, worry about your own country and stop trying to change others. Tell me to shut up, that I need to find Jesus or move to another country. Freedom of speech bitches. Time for me to start making plans on dodging the draft, and to the Bush supporters who's kids get drafted, look in the mirror and blame your money grubbing greed.

Oh yeah, only one more day till the beginning of the 2008 Presidental campaign race! The American election system really makes you think. Canidates raise oodles of funds to finance their ads. If they spend enough, they might get elected depending on some shady circumstances. Once elected, they'll immediately begin to raise money for the next election. Pretty amazing the amount of cash politicans spend on advertisment...you would think they could use that cash to finance some of their promises or other scandalous endeavours.

As the 2nd of November nears; the nauseating political ads will soon be replace with equally annoying vehicle ads; the election will come to a climax of orgasmic porportions depending on where you stand....hmmm that didn't sound right. Well, I urge everybody of age to vote, as long as you are in a swinger state, otherwise your vote won't count as much. Here is a picture and a quote to help you decide.

"Our enemies are innovative and resourceful, and so are we. They never stop thinking about new ways to harm our country and our people, and neither do we." George W. Bush, Washington, D.C., Aug. 5, 2004

    Hell here is another quote:

"Too many good docs are getting out of the business. Too many OB-GYNs aren't able to practice their love with women all across this country." George W. Bush, Poplar Bluff, Mo., Sept. 6, 2004

Contrary to popular belief I am not dead, profligate, indolent, nor a Communist.... Well perhaps a couple of those are truthful. Anyhow, Ogre Battle has been uploaded to the great jubilation of at least one visitor.

I put up Earthbound yesterday but forgot to say something about me doing so. I believe it works seeing as the person who requested it has not e-mailed me back with some sort of death threat.

Don't know what Paragon is talking about since we haven't surpassed 60,000 people. I think all the time he sits in his dark basement and watching all those beastiality movies he talks about is starting to warp his mind.

Friday the 13th. What better day to announce that this site has finally reached a milestone? Yes, it is true. We have now provided for 1,000,000,000 (1 billion!) individual visitors. I'd like to take the time to personally thank each and every one of you that made such an astounding mark possible, but unfortunately there are too damn many of you. In addition, please try not to be confused by the counter to the left proclaiming some incorrect number in the measley range. I added that only just a few minutes ago, indeed right before I began writing this appreciation piece, so its total only reflects a couple minutes worth of counting. Oh, and anything Mantis or Homer tells you is a flat out lie. Shun them. Thank you for your time, oh multitude of visitors.

I am a big fan of the Colorado Avalanche so don't get me wrong when I say THE AV'S SUCK!!! They gave up a series that they were ahead 3-1, one lousy game is all the had to win, but no, let's sit on our thumbs the last three games and expect the Wild's goalie to graciously let the pucks go in. Wonder what the once great Broncos have lined up for this year, I can hardly wait.
