In March and April this year I took 9 of my students to Mississippi to let them test their English ability.  They spent several days at 2 local elementary schools, did a home stay, went to several historic locations such as the Jefferson Davis Museum, and enjoyed Southern hospitality.  I think they especially enjoyed my brothers' jet ski.  This trip was a good chance for them to understand what it is that they are studying and for them to test their ability to perform in a foreign environment.  All of them came home with a newfound confidence and a greater understanding of their need to study.  I am looking forward to running the same tour next year.
