1. Στις 8-04-2003 ο Αρχιεπίσκοπος Αθηνών και πάσης Ελλάδος κ.κ. Χριστόδουλος δέχθηκε στο γραφείο του τον κ. Παπαγιαννόπουλο Βίκτωρα ( ο οποίος συνοδευόταν από την κ. Παπαδάκη Νίκη και την κ. Παπαγιαννοπούλου Κων/να) και έδωσε σε αυτούς την ευλογία του, καθώς και οδηγίες και κατευθύνσεις για την δημιουργία της νέας ενορίας και την ανέγερση Ι.Ν. στον προαναφερθέντα χώρο των 17 στρεμμάτων. Ο Αρχιεπίσκοπος δήλωσε ότι θα επιθυμούσε ο Ι.Ν. να ανεγερθεί σε απόσταση από τις παράπλευρες πολυκατοικίες προκειμένου ο Ι.Ν. να βρίσκεται περιτριγυρισμένος από το πράσινο.

2. Συλλέχθηκαν κατά τις εντολές του Αρχιεπισκόπου, 807 υπογραφές από οικογένειες (όχι άτομα) της περιοχής, που βρίσκεται πολύ κοντά στον χώρο των 17 στρεμμάτων, οι οποίες επιθυμούν την ίδρυση της νέας ενορίας, την ανέγερση του τρισυπόστατου Ιερού Ναού στον προαναφερθέντα κοινόχρηστο χώρο των 17 στρεμμάτων και την δημιουργία πλατείας-χώρου πρασίνου στον εναπομένοντα χώρο των 17 στρεμμάτων. Οι 807 υπογραφές έχουν κατατεθεί με αριθμό πρωτοκόλλου 760 / 14-04-2003 στην Αρχιεπισκοπή Αθηνών.

3. Περιμένουμε από την Αρχιεπισκοπή Αθηνών οδηγίες και κατευθύνσεις.

4.   Ευχαριστούμε θερμώς τους ακόλουθους βουλευτές, οι οποίοι έχουν δηλώσει εγγράφως την συμπαράσταση και υποστήριξή τους προς τις 807 οικογένειες της περιοχής «Πανοράματος» Ζωγράφου, οι οποίες επιθυμούν:

i.    την δημιουργία νέας ενορίας,

ii.   την ανέγερση τρισυπόστατου Ι.Ν. στην περιοχή εκτάσεως 17 στρεμμάτων που ανήκει στον Δήμο Ζωγράφου και που περικλείεται από τις οδούς Γ. Ζωγράφου, Πλαστήρα, Ιοκάστης, Παξών και Γρ. Αυξεντίου, και

iii. την δημιουργία πλατείας και χώρου πρασίνου στον εναπομένοντα χώρο των 17 προαναφερθέντων στρεμμάτων.:

Επιπρόσθετα, ο βουλευτής και πρώην υπουργός κ. Τάσος Μαντέλης συνέταξε και απέστειλε επιστολή τόσο προς τον Δήμαρχο Ζωγράφου κ. Ιωάννη Καζάκο, όσο και προς τον εκπρόσωπο της δημοτικής παράταξης "Νέα Κίνηση Δημοτών Ζωγράφου" κ. Αντώνιο Πέττα με την οποία δηλώνει την υποστήριξή του προς τις 807 (840 σήμερα) οικογένειες.

5.  Στις 27-5-2003 η Αρχιεπισκοπή Αθηνών απέστειλε προς τον Δήμαρχο Ζωγράφου σχετικό με την ίδρυση της νέας ενορίας έγγραφο. Στις 28-5-2003 ο (υπό ίδρυση εκείνη την χρονική περίοδο) σύλλογός μας απέστειλε σχετική αιτήση (Αρ. Πρωτ. 8588/28-5-03) προς τον Δήμαρχο και το Δημοτικό Συμβούλιο του Δήμου Ζωγράφου. Αντίγραφο της αιτήσεώς μας εμφανίζεται πιέζοντας τον ακόλουθο σύνδεσμο. (Αντίγραφο αιτήσεως)

6.  Την Πέμπτη 5-5-2003 {ημέρα διπλής εορτής α) της ΑΝΑΛΗΨΕΩΣ και β) ημέρα περιβάλλοντος} συζητήθηκε ως τακτικό θέμα στο Δημοτικό Συμβούλιο του Δήμου Ζωγράφου το θέμα της ιδρύσεως της νέας ενορίας και της ανέγερσης Ι.Ν. κατόπιν α) σχετικού εγγράφου που απέστειλε η Αρχιεπισκοπή Αθηνών προς τον κ. Δήμαρχο Ζωγράφου και β) σχετικής αιτήσεως (Αρ. Πρωτ. 8588/28-5-03) που απέστειλε ο υπό ίδρυση σύλλογός μας προς τον Δήμαρχο και το Δημοτικό Συμβούλιο του Δήμου Ζωγράφου. Δυστυχώς παρά τα επιχειρήματά μας η αίτησή μας καταψηφίστηκε ομόφωνα από το Δημοτικό Συμβούλιο Ζωγράφου. Κατά την συζήτηση του θέματος στο Δημοτικό Συμβούλιο, ο κ. Παπαγιαννόπουλος Βίκτωρας (πρόεδρος του υπό ίδρυση συλλόγου) προσπαθώντας να ανατρέψει το αρνητικό κλίμα και να δώσει διέξοδο στο αδιέξοδο, πρότεινε (προφορικά) να δώσει ο Δήμος Ζωγράφου για Ι.Ν. από τα 17 στρέμματα όσο χώρο θέλει και σε όποιο σημείο θέλει το Δημοτικό Συμβούλιο. Ο κ. Δήμαρχος δεν απέκλεισε το ενδεχόμενο να ανατεθεί στον μελετητή και η δημιουργία ενός παρεκκλησίου.

7. Σας παραθέτουμε τα κείμενα της ισχύουσας Ελληνικής Νομοθεσίας, σχετικά με την ίδρυση ενοριακών Ιερών Ναών. (Κοίτα εφημερίδα κυβερνήσεως).

8. Κατόπιν σχετικών ερευνών βρέθηκαν στοιχεία, σύμφωνα με τα οποία, μεγάλο τμήμα από την συνολική έκταση των 17 στρεμμάτων πιθανότατα ίσως να ανήκει στην Ιερά Μονή Καλογραιών Καλαμάτας "Αγίων Κωνσταντίνου και Ελένης", ενώ ένα άλλο τμήμα επίσης πιθανόν να ανήκει στο Δημόσιο ή πιθανότατα και στο Πανεπιστήμιο Αθηνών. Επίσης και η Ιερά Μητρόπολη Μεσσηνίας, πιθανότατα, ίσως είναι κάτοχος άλλου τμήματος από την συνολική έκταση των 17 στρεμμάτων. Νομικοί διεξάγουν σχετικές έρευνες, για να διευκρινιστεί ποιοι είναι οι κάτοχοι της εκτάσεως των 17 στρεμμάτων.

9. Στις 14 Σεπτεμβρίου 2003 συντάχθηκε και υπογράφτηκε το οριστικό καταστατικό του συλλόγου από τα μέλη του συλλόγου και ορίσθηκαν νέα μέλη στο προσωρινό διοικητικό συμβούλιο. Κατατέθηκε επίσης σχετική αίτηση στο πρωτοδικείο Αθηνών.

10. Ο Σύλλογός μας αναγνωρίστηκε από το Μονομελές Πρωτοδικείο Αθηνών με αρ. Απόφασης 6621 / 2003.

11. Λίαν προσεχώς θα διεξαχθούν οι πρώτες εκλογές για την ανάδειξη του νέου Διοικητικού Συμβουλίου.

1. In the 8-04-2003 Archbishop of Athens and of all Greece Xristodoulos accepted in his office Mr Papagiannopoulos Victor (which was accompanied by Mrs Papadaki Niki and Mrs. Konstantina Papagiannopoulou) and gave in them his benediction, as well as directives and directions on the creation of new parish and construction H.T. in the mentioned before space of 17 acres. The Archbishop declared that would wish the H.T. is erected in distance by the adjacent blocks of flats in order that the H.T. is found gone around by the green.

2. Were collected at the commands of Archbishop, 807 signatures from families (no individuals) the region, that is found very near in the space of 17 acres, who wishes the foundation of new parish, the construction of trisipostatos Holy Temple in the mentioned before communal space of 17 acres and the creation of square and green (trees & flowers) in the rest space of 17 acres. The 807 signatures  have been deposited with number of protocol 760/14-04-2003 in the Archdiocese Athens.

3. We are waiting farther directives and directions from the Archdiocese Athens.

4. We hotly thank the following deputies, which have writtenly declared their support to 807 families of region of “Panorama” of Zografou, what wish:

i.   the creation of new parish,

ii.  the construction trjsypostatos H.T. in the region of extent of 17 acres that belongs in the Municipality of Zografou and that is encompassed by roads G. Zografou, Plastira, Iokastis, Paxon and Gr. Auxentiou, and

iii. the creation of square and space of green (trees & flowers) in the rest space of the 17 mentioned before acres:

Besides, the deputy and former minister Mr. Tasos Mantelis drew up and dispatched letter to the Mayor of Zografou Mr. Ioannis Kazakos, and to the representative of municipal party "New Movement Dimoton of Zografou" Mr. Antonios Pettas with which he declares his support to the 807  (840 today) families.

5.   In the 27-5-2003 Archbishop of Athens and of all Greece Xristodoulos dispatched to the Mayor of Zografou relative with the foundation of new parish document. In the 28-5-2003 our (the under foundation that period of time) association dispatched relative application (No. Registry 8588/28-5-03) to the Mayor and the Municipal Council of Municipality of Zografou. 6. On Thursday 5-5-2003 { day of double feast a) of ANALIPSIS and b) day of environment } was discussed as regular subject in the Municipal Council of Municipality of Zografou the subject of foundation of new parish and construction H.T. then a) relative document that dispatched the Archbishop of Athens and of all Greece to Mayor of Zografou and b) relative application (No. Registry 8588/28-5-03) that dispatched the under foundation our association to the Mayor and the Municipal Council of Municipality of Zografou. Unfortunately despite our arguments the Municipal Council of Zografou adversely voted in our application. At the discussion of subject in the Municipal Council, Mr Papagiannopoulos Victor (chairman of the under foundation association) trying to reverse the negative climate and give exit in the impasse, proposed (orally) the following solution: the Municipal Council may offer for the H.T. from the 17 acres as much space it wants also in any point it wants. Mr Mayor did not exclude the possibility to ask from the technical and the creation of chapel.

7. We mention to you the texts of being in effect Greek Legislation, with regard to the foundation of  Holy Temples. (Look at newspaper of government).

 8. Then relative researches were found elements, according to which, big department from the total extent of 17 acres belongs presumably in the Holily Abbey of Nuns of Kalamata of "Saints Constantine and Helen", while another department maybe it belongs to the State or to the University of Athens. Also the Holily Metropolis of Messinia, presumably, perhaps is holder of other department than the total extent of 17 acres. Lawyers carry out relative researches, in order to clarify who are the owners of extent of 17 acres.

9. On 14 September 2003 was drawn up and signed the final statute of association from the members of association and was fixed the members of provisional administrative council. Was deposited also relative application in the court of first instance Athens.

10. Our Association was recognized by the One-member Court of first
instance Athens with Νumber Decision 6621/2003.

11. Very shortly will be carried out the first elections for the appointment of new Administrative Council.
