ΙΣΤΟΡΙΚΟ
Ο όλος χώρος των 17 στρεμμάτων
πιθανότατα ανήκει στον Δήμο Ζωγράφου.
Το οικοδομικό τετράγωνο 413α που αποτελεί
ένα τμήμα του, αγοράστηκε και με σκοπό την δημιουργία πλατείας. Απόδειξη
αποτελεί το δημοσίευμα τοπική εφημερίδας "ΔΗΜΟΤΙΚΑ ΝΕΑ" αρ. φύλλου 407, έτος
26ο, Ιούλιος 1990, όπου αναφέρεται ότι το οικοδομικό τετράγωνο 413α
προορίζεται για πλατεία. Πριν λίγα χρόνια τοποθετήθηκαν στο οικοδομικό αυτό
τετράγωνο λυόμενα κτίσματα για προσωρινή στέγαση του 7ου γυμνασίου Ζωγράφου
και εν συνεχεία της Μουσικής σχολής του Δήμου Ζωγράφου μέχρι να κτιστούν τα
μόνιμα κτήριά τους σε άλλη τοποθεσία.
Τα οικοδομικά τετράγωνα 414 και 415 που
αποτελούν άλλα τμήματα του χώρου των 17 στρεμμάτων, σύμφωνα με πληροφορίες,
απαλλοτριώθηκαν με σκοπό την δημιουργία υπαίθριου δημοτικού θεάτρου. Ο δε
χώρος γύρω από το δημοτικό θέατρο ελέγετο ότι θα αποτελούσε χώρο πρασίνου.
Έχοντας όλοι οι κάτοικοι της περιοχής τις
επίσημες αυτές πληροφορίες από τον Δήμο Ζωγράφου και τις εφημερίδες
προχωρήσαμε στην αγορά διαμερισμάτων και ακινήτων.
Δυστυχώς στις αρχές του μηνός Απριλίου
2003 μάθαμε ότι ο Δήμαρχος Ζωγράφου κ. Καζάκος σκοπεύει να ανεγείρει
συνεδριακό κέντρο στην περιοχή των 17 στρεμμάτων.
Εμείς οι κάτοικοι προτείνουμε την
ανέγερση Ιερού Ναού και την δημιουργία πλατείας και χώρου πρασίνου στην
έκταση των 17 στρεμμάτων και ζητούμε την συμπαράστασή σας. |
HISTORY
The all space of 17 acres
probably belongs to
the Municipality of Zografou.
Building square 413a that it
constitutes its department, was also bought aiming at the creation of
square. Proof constitutes the publication of local newspaper "MUNICIPAL
NEWS" No of leaf 407, year 26th, July 1990, where it is reported that
building square 413a is intended for square. Before few years were placed in
this building square prefabricated
buildings for provisional accommodation of 7th high school of Zografou and
later for provisional accommodation of Musical faculty of Municipality of
Zografou, until are built their permanent buildings in other locality.
The building square 414 and 415 that
constitute other departments of space of 17 acres, according to information,
were expropriated aiming at the creation of
alfresco municipal theatre. The fame was saying
that the space round the municipal theatre would constitute space of green
(trees and flowers).
Having all the residents of region
this official information from the Municipality of Zografou and the
newspapers we advanced in the purchase of apartments and real estates.
Unfortunately in the beginning of
month April 2003 we learned that the Mayor of Zografou Mr. Kazakos intends
to erect congress centre in the region of 17 acres.
We (the residents of the area)
propose the construction of Holy Temple and the creation of square and space
of green (trees and flowers) in the extent of 17 acres and ask your support.
