ΣΚΟΠΟΙ ΤΟΥ
ΥΠΟ ΙΔΡΥΣΗ ΣΥΛΛΟΓΟΥ
Σκοποί του
Συλλόγου είναι:
-
η ανέγερση τρισυπόστατου Ιερού Ναού, βάσει νομίμου
αδείας και σε συνεργασία με την Αρχιεπισκοπή Αθηνών και τις αρμόδιες αρχές,
στην μνήμη των Αγίων Ραφαήλ. Νικολάου, Ειρήνης, Βαρβάρας και Παρασκευής,
στην περιοχή του Ζωγράφου Αττικής και ειδικότερα εντός της περιοχής που
περικλείεται από τις οδούς Αγίας Ελένης, Παπαναστασίου, Γεωργίου Ζωγράφου,
Πλαστήρα, Ιοκάστης, Παξών, Γρ. Αυξεντίου, σε οικόπεδο που θα παραχωρηθεί
προς τον σκοπό αυτό είτε από το Δήμο Ζωγράφου είτε από άλλο φυσικό ή
νομικό πρόσωπο.

Η ανάπλαση και η δημιουργία πράσινου στον
περιβάλλοντα χώρο του ανεγερθησόμενου Ναού, καθώς και η παροχή οιασδήποτε
συνδρομής για την ανάπλαση της ανωτέρω περιοχής εν γένει.
ΣΧΟΛΙΑΣΜΟΣ ΤΩΝ ΣΚΟΠΩΝ
Συγκεκριμένα, ο πρώτος από τους σκοπούς μας είναι
δημιουργία νέας ενορίας και η ανέγερση Ιερού Ναού των
"Αγίων Ραφαήλ,
Νικολάου, Ειρήνης, Βαρβάρας και Παρασκευής"
Ζωγράφου.
Αξίζει να σημειωθεί ότι στον Δήμο Ζωγράφου υπάρχουν (5)
πέντε μόνο ενορίες (Αγ. Γεωργίου, Αγ. Μαρίνας, Αγ.
Γερασίμου, Αγ. Θεράποντος και τα
Εισόδια της Θεοτόκου), ενώ ο ολικός πληθυσμός του Δήμου μας είναι άνω
των (150.000) εκατόν
πενήντα χιλιάδων ατόμων. Υπάρχει δηλ. ανάγκη για
νέα ενορία και για ανέγερση και ενός
έκτου Ιερού Ναού, καθώς το σχέδιο πόλης επεκτάθηκε
και έχουν τα τελευταία χρόνια κτιστεί οκταόροφες πολυκατοικίες στην περιοχή
μας. Ανέκαθεν ήταν στις προθέσεις των κατοίκων η δημιουργία και άλλου Ιερού
Ναού στην περιοχή μας, καθώς η πλησιέστερη εκκλησία είναι μακριά, για να
πάει κανείς περπατώντας και δύσκολο με αυτοκίνητο, λόγω έλλειψης χώρου
στάθμευσης.
Σήμερα υπάρχει
ένας χώρος 17 περίπου στρεμμάτων σε σημείο ιδανικό κατά την γνώμη μας
για την ανέγερση Ιερού Ναού, τόσο από την άποψη της γεωγραφικής του θέσεως,
όσο και από την άποψη ότι είναι ο μοναδικός χώρος που απέμεινε άκτιστος
από τους εργολάβους. Ο χώρος αυτός ανήκει στον Δήμο Ζωγράφου και βρίσκετε
μεταξύ των οδών Γ. Ζωγράφου, Πλαστήρα, Ιοκάστης, Παξών και Γρ. Αυξεντίου,
έναντι της θεολογικής σχολής του Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών.
Μολονότι όλοι
οι κάτοικοι επιθυμούσαμε την ανέγερση ενός Ιερού Ναού στο σημείο αυτό,
αναβάλαμε τις ενέργειες για το έργο αυτό και δεν είχαμε μέχρι σήμερα
οργανωθεί και συσπειρωθεί. Σήμερα όμως, λόγω του ότι ο Δήμος Ζωγράφου
προκήρυξε διαγωνισμό (ο οποίος
έληξε στο τέλος Απριλίου 2003) για την πρόσληψη
οικονομικο-τεχνικού συμβούλου ο οποίος θα μελετήσει την ανέγερση συνεδριακού
κέντρου στον χώρο αυτό και θα αναθέσει σε εργολάβο το όλο έργο, έγινε σε
όλους μας κατανοητό ότι το έργο της ανεγέρσεως του Ιερού Ναού δεν μπορεί να
αναβληθεί άλλο. Αν δεν ξεκινήσει τώρα η διαδικασία ανεγέρσεως, τότε θα
ματαιωθεί οριστικά. Έτσι, με αφορμή αυτό το γεγονός σύσσωμοι και
αποφασισμένοι για δυναμικές κινητοποιήσεις όλοι οι κάτοικοι προβήκαμε στην
ίδρυση του συλλόγου μας.
Προκειμένου,
όμως ο Δήμος Ζωγράφου να μην μας φέρει εμπόδια προφασιζόμενος απώλεια εσόδων
του, δεχόμαστε την δημιουργία μέσα
στο όλον χώρο των 17 στρεμμάτων και ενός δημοτικού
αναψυκτηρίου-εστιατορίου στο οποίο να μπορούν να δίδονται δεξιώσεις μετά το
πέρας των μυστηρίων (π.χ. γάμων, βαπτίσεων). Παράλληλα ο
εναπομένων χώρος των 17 στρεμμάτων να
διαμορφωθεί σε χώρο πρασίνου και πλατεία.
Ένας
δεύτερος σκοπός και στόχος είναι η ανάπλαση του όλου χώρου των 17
στρεμμάτων με την δημιουργία πρασίνου και πλατείας στον όλο χώρο που θα
απομείνει μετά την ανέγερση του Ιερού Ναού. Οι χώροι πρασίνου και οι
πλατείες στον Δήμο Ζωγράφου είναι ανύπαρκτες ή μετρώνται στα δάκτυλα του
ενός χεριού. Ο μόνος χώρος που έχει απομείνει άκτιστος από τους εργολάβους
και είναι αδιαμόρφωτος είναι ο προαναφερθέν χώρος των 17 στρεμμάτων. Όλοι
οι κάτοικοι επιθυμούμε την αξιοποίησή του σε χώρο πρασίνου και πλατείας
και παρακαλούμε όλους τους αναγνώστες της ιστοσελίδας μας, όλους τους
Χριστιανούς και όλους τους συνανθρώπους μας να μας δηλώσετε την συμπαράστασή
σας και την υποστήριξή σας στον αγώνα μας.
Δυστυχώς
στις αρχές του μηνός Απριλίου 2003 μάθαμε ότι ο Δήμαρχος Ζωγράφου κ. Καζάκος
σκοπεύει να ανεγείρει συνεδριακό κέντρο στην περιοχή των 17 στρεμμάτων.
Εμείς οι
κάτοικοι προτείνουμε την ανέγερση Ιερού Ναού και την δημιουργία πλατείας και
χώρου πρασίνου στην έκταση των 17 στρεμμάτων και ζητούμε την συμπαράστασή
σας.

AIMS OF THE UNDER
FOUNDATION ASSOCIATION
Aims of Association is:
1.
the construction of trjsιpostatos Holy
Temple, with legal authorisation and in collaboration with the Archdiocese
Athens and the responsible authorities, in the memory of
Saints Rafail,
Nikolaos, Irini, Barbara and Paraskevi, in the
region of Zografou Attica and more specifically inside the region that is
encompassed by the roads of Saint Helen, Papanastasiou, Georgiou Zografou,
Plastira, Jokastis, Paxon, Gr. Auxentiou, in plot that will be granted in
order to do this or by the Municipality of Zografou or by other individual
or legal person.
2.
The reformation and the creation of green in environment space of
erected Temple, as well as the allotment of any contribution for the
reformation of above region in general.
ANNOTATION OF AIMS
1. Concretely, first from our aims it is creation of
new parish and the construction of Holy
Temple of "Saint Rafail, Nikolaos, Irini,
Barbara and Paraskeui" Zografou.
It deserves it is marked that in the Municipality
of Painter exist (5)
five only parishes (Ag. Gewrgioy,
Ag. Marina, Ag. Gerasimos, Ag.
Servant and Esodia of Virgin Mary), while the total population of our
Municipality is more than (150.000) one hundred
fifty thousands of
individuals. We can say that there is a need for new
parish and for construction the fifth Holy Temple,
because the drawing of city was extended and
nowadays are built blocks of flats, with eight floors each one,
in our region. Always it was in the intentions of
residents the creation of a new Holy Temple in
our region, because the nearest church is long
away, in order somebody to go by foot and difficult for him to go by
car, because lack of space of quartering.
Today there is a space of 17 roughly acres in a point
ideal at our opinion for the construction of
Holy Temple, from the opinion of its geographic
place, and from the opinion that it is the unique space
that remained free of buildings
from the contractors. This space belongs in
the Municipality of Zografou and finds between roads G.
Zografou, Plastira, Iokastis, Paxon and Gr.
Auxentioy, against the theological faculty of
University Athens.
Although all the residents we wished the construction of
the new Holy Temple in this point, we postponed
the energies for this work and up to today we had
not been organised and had been coiled. Today however, because
the Municipality of Zografou announced competition (which
expired in the end April 2003) for the engagement of economico-technical adviser which will study the
construction of congress centre in this space and
will assign in contractor the all work, it became in all of us
comprehensible that the work of construction of Holy
Temple cannot be postponed other. If it does not
begin now the process of construction, will then
be cancelled finally. Thus, under these circumstances all the residents we
decide to found an association.
In order the Municipality of Zografou will not bring
obstacles to us alleging its loss of income, we propose the creation in the
all space of 17 acres and municipal refreshment
stand-restaurant in which they can be given
parties afterwards the end of mysteries (eg
marriages). At the same time the rest
space of 17 acres it is shaped in space of green
(trees and flowers) and square.
2. A second aim and objective are the reformation of all
space of 17 acres with the creation of
green (trees and flowers) and square in the all space that will remain
afterwards the construction of Holy Temple.
The spaces of green (trees and flowers) and the
squares in the Municipality of Zografou are non-existent or
you can count them in the fingers of your one hand. The
alone space that has remained free of buildings
from the contractors and is unexploited is the mentioned
before space of 17 acres. All the residents, we wish
its exploitation in space of green
(trees and flowers) and square and we request all the readers of our web
page, all the Christians and all the human beings to
declare to us your support and your support in our
fight.
Unfortunately in the beginning of month April 2003 we
learned that the Mayor of Zografou Mr. Kazakos intends to erect congress
centre in the region of 17 acres.
We (the residents of the area) propose the construction
of Holy Temple and the creation of square and space of green (trees and
flowers) in the extent of 17 acres and ask your support.
