Ladies and gentlemen. I am Manzoor Anmad. Many of you would know me already. As for the others, let me state that I am well-known in the cooperative sector activities of Lahore, especially in the cooperative housing sector, particularly so in relation to Valancia and Izmir, two of Lahore's most prestigious housing projects. I will say more about myself in the next update to this website. I do not wish to distract your attention from what I wish to say immediately in what follows. By the grace of Allah (SWT), we have succeeded in forming the Pakistan Multipurpose Cooperative Society (PMCS) on an all Punjab basis. The society is now registered with the Punjab Government. This represents a remarkable achievement because there is a ban on the creation of cooperative societies in the provice. Our society has been given permission through special relaxation of th Governor of Punjab. This was done after very detailed examination by the relevant government departments of the viability and safety of the society and of the security of investments made by it. My vision is to create safe and solid investment opportunities for Pakistanis who have required talents in any field of social and economic endeavour. Of signiface are overseas Pakistanis who need a ready-made foothold when they return to their homeland. With the registration of PMCS we are now fully geared to undertake any business venture which may generate reasonable and perpetual profits for our members. Complete bye-laws of the PMCS can now be seen on this website. A brief preamble of the bye-laws is also given on this website. Hopefully it will activate your imagination as to how extensively we can work together in any business enterprise.
