Dispel Potion
Once you get all of the ingredients for the Dispel Potion: Magic Acorn, Flying
Water, Green Fur, Flowers from Erana's Peace, and Faery Dust, give them to
the Healer. You'll get a dispel potion.
Mandrake Root
Find the graveyard. It's on the west side outside of Spielburg. One way to
get there is 2 screens west, one south, then one east of the centaur. At exactly
midnight of the day you spoke to Baba Yaga, use the Unguent from the healer
and pick the red mandrake. Return to Baba Yaga and give it to her by morning.
Erasmus and Fenrus
Go 3 screens north of the centaur again, and head east when you see a break
in the bushes. Follow the path south and east. Climb the path to Erasmus'
place, and answer the questions that the gargoyle presents you. Go upstairs
to talk to Erasmus and fenrus. If you're magic skilled and have the spells
required to play Mage's Maze, then do so. You'll receive the Dazzle spell
if you win.
Kobold's Cave
Don't go here until you're in great fighting shape. Defeat or otherwise get
past the monster outside. (If you defeat him you get what's in his chest).
Enter the cave. There is a shackled bear inside. Use calm or give the bear
rations to get past him. There's a sleeping kobold inside the cave, and you
need to get the key that he holds. Sneak in and nab his key, or get into a
fighting or magic duel with him. Magic users can use detect magic and trigger
to get a few extra gold. Calm the bear again, and unshackle him. Go to the
castle. You can now buy chainmail armor if you like.
