In January, the scouts test their craftsman skills as they transform simple blocks of wood into cars worthy of race day. Each rank -- Tigers, Wolves, Bears, and Webelos, compete to see who can make the fastest, most colorful, most outrageous, or most creative cars. Even the adults get involved in their own friendly competition.
