Traveling on Whitehouse Road , Cheryl had a puncture. She pulled over and began to walk up the street to a make a phone call. She had her good clothes on so she wasn't interested in getting dirty. She would call her brother who lived around the corner. When she returned to her car, the flat had been replaced by the spare and she was all ready to go. Beside the car she found odd shaped indentations in the ground matching others that have been found in areas where these incidents have occurred. Landing gear of some sort?

Mark's story is much like Cheryl's. He was driving his auto along an embankment that runs near Cheney Lane when he was run off the road by a lorry. His car ran into the embankment and became wedged -in. He said his car was suddenly lifted gently into the air and placed back on the road. He swears he saw some sort of large figure in his rearview but when he turned to look, all he saw was rocks trickling down the embankment. Something had just gone up. He's also sure he heard the sound of another motor, although he was alone on the road.

There is a treacherous turn you may have encountered on Wellington St . When you combine that turn with rain and wet leaves on the road, it might as well be ice. Every year the roadside barrier gets replaced a few times and no matter what kind of warnings are posted, someone always manages to crash. Such seemed like it would have been the case with James Dawson-Hollis. James is from Wales and didn't know about the turn one dark night and quickly found himself sliding at 40kph toward the metal rail when something came toward him. He says it looked mechanical and came over the rail toward his car, he closed his eyes in fear of the impact with God knows what but when he opened them, nothing was there. His car was stopped safely in the road.
