Live in Union With Me
This morning Jesus spoke to me saying, �Melvin, My brother, I love you. I fill your heart with My love and My joy. I am your Friend and I am always with you. All of you who read this: if you love Me you are My friends. Melvin, although you are in the hospital, you come to spend time with Me morning and evening and you carry out all your spiritual exercises as you always have. Remember I do not love you less because you have diabetes and it is not a punishment from Me. This sickness and all other sicknesses do not come from Me but are the result of sin committed in the beginning by your first parents. My Father created them free of sickness and death, but sin brought these evils into the world. This shows the evil power sin has. Sin destroys and disfigures the good My Father created. Sin on the spiritual plane causes a great chasm between My Father and the people of the world. No human being can be saved nor enter heaven without a savior. I came into the world as the Savior to restore the link between you and My Father by atoning for all your sins. Those who believe in Me and who accept Me as their Savior, I transform into beloved children of My Father. However, I did not take away sickness and death. These will be taken away only at My Second Coming. By virtue of My Passion and death I give you the gift of Divine Life, which you receive at Baptism. This gift enables the Father, the Holy Spirit and I to live in your heart. It is a great gift that enables you to reach heaven if you are faithful. Strengthen this gift in you by being in union with me every day. I love you all.�

I am Guiding You Along the Way
This morning I spent my usual time with the Lord and He spoke to me saying, �Melvin, I love you. I accept your offering of self and I bless you and all My friends. I keep all of you close to My heart. We are climbing the mountain and getting closer and closer to the summit where My Father lives. Every step we make deepens our relationship and unites us more intimately. As I teach you about yourself and the role I play in your journey, I reveal more and more of Myself to you. At times the climbing is not easy and you want to turn back but you are not alone. Just take My hand and I am going to help you to climb. At times you feel you don�t advance and you doubt that I am with you. These are temptations and during these times you need to increase your faith in Me. Make acts of faith and know that I am near you guiding you along the way. Believe in My words, �I am always with you until the end of the age.� The trial is going to pass, you are going to feel My presence and joy is going to fill your heart. Come and spend time every day with Me for you to advance daily. I love you all.�

Remain Close to My Heart
I began my prayer this morning by completely offering myself to the Lord for Him to do with me as He wishes. Then Jesus spoke to me saying, �Melvin, I love you and I thank you for completely offering yourself to Me this morning as you begin your prayer. I am very close to you. I am your brother who cares for you. On this feast of My Epiphany, I reassure you and the whole world that I am your Savior. I came to save every one of you, My brothers and My sisters. I wish that all of you would come and live with Me. I would lead you all on the way to the Promised Land. I am leading a small band, a remnant very loyal to Me and very close to Me. You little flock, you are very dear to Me, you are My joy! You are the true descendants of the Magi who came to honor and adore Me as a child in Bethlehem. Your devotion and your love delight My heart so often offended and so often insulted these days. Let us be close friends who enjoy each other's company and may our friendship grow every day. Accept Me and let us live in love with our hearts as one. Do not fear the future because I am with you. Remain close to My heart. I love you all.�

I Bless You All My Children
In prayer Jesus took me to visit Our Lady. Jesus was the first to speak to me and He began by saying, �Melvin, I love you and all my friends. Let us go and visit Our Mother.� I agreed enthusiastically and Jesus took me to Our Blessed Mother's home. She welcomed us saying, �Greetings Jesus and Melvin and welcome to My home. Let us sit here awhile. Tomorrow is the Feast of Epiphany. This feast brings back many memories. I remember very well the arrival of the Magi, the three wise men from the East. They had seen the star of Jesus' birth and had followed it to Jerusalem and then to Bethlehem. What joy filled their hearts when they saw the Infant Jesus. They knelt down and adored Him. They brought meaningful presents for the Child and put them before Him. These men were not Jews but Gentiles. This signifies that Jesus is the Savior of our people, the Jews, and of all the people in the world. He has come for every person. He is the Savior of every nation, of every race and of every ethnic group. Today Jesus' followers are from all over the world. However, many, including most of My people, refuse to accept Him as their Savior. The Father has made Jesus the only Savior of the world. He wants all people to believe in Him, to obey His commands, and to walk with Him. May the people of the world be converted before it is too late. I bless you all, My children. Thank you Jesus and Melvin for your visit.�

Come and Receive Me Often in the Eucharist
This morning I was with Jesus in prayer and He spoke saying, �Melvin, I love you. I am Jesus who comes every morning and evening to talk with you. I embrace all My brothers and My sisters who read what I communicate to you. My great desire, as your Savior is to live in your heart every day. When you receive Holy Communion, I come to live in your heart in a very special way. I come as your Lord and Brother to join Myself to you. In the Eucharist I give the great gift of Myself to you and to all who believe in me. Come and receive me as often as you wish, even every day. I am always present in My Church. I have instituted the Eucharist for you because I love you. The institution of the Eucharist was the last act I performed before I entered into My Passion and Death. The Eucharistic Celebration relives My salvific death on the cross and My resurrection. When you receive the Eucharist you receive me as I now am in heaven, the Risen One sitting at the right hand of the Father. Come, my friends, and receive me often in the Eucharist. I love you all.�

Rely on Me
In my early-morning prayer with Jesus, He spoke to me saying, �Melvin, you belong to Me. I love you and all My brothers and sisters. O you little flock, I shepherd you because you know Me. You know My voice. I call you to detach yourselves from worldly things especially from the pleasures of the world that are completely in opposition to the commandments My Father has given. The evil one has ensnared many people in the pleasures of alcohol, drugs, sex, wild parties, etc. These debase the human person and leave him empty and depressed. Instead come live with Me, be My friends, and I am going to give you my great gifts of lasting joy and peace. I am going to strengthen you every day if you spend time with Me. Bring your worries and cares to Me. Do not fear because I am with you and I am in charge. Do not rely on yourself; rely on Me instead. So few trust Me and that is why they feel dejected and alone. Live in the light and let us continue to walk together. I love you.�

Listen as I Speak to Your Heart
This morning I was with Jesus in prayer and He spoke to me saying, �Melvin I love you and I bless you. On this second day of the New Year many people in the world are going back to work. The festivities are over and most of the decorations are coming down and are going to be put away. The routine of work now takes over. Yes, My brothers and sisters, this New Year is an opportunity for each one of you to grow in faith, hope and love. I have three questions for you this morning: 1) Are you determined to place Me at the center of your life? 2) Are you going to make prayer an integral part of your daily life? 3) Are you going to work to make the world a better place to live in? Each person has something unique to contribute that no one else can contribute. Through the year 2002 let us walk hand in hand as friends growing in love with one another. Develop strong hope in My promises and believe in Me with all your heart. Listen as I speak to your heart and allow Me to guide you. I love you all.�

It Is Time to Wake Up and Come into the Light
This morning I was in prayer with Jesus, Mary and Joseph. Jesus began by saying, �Melvin, greetings on the first day of the New Year. I greet all My brothers and sisters on this New Year�s Day. My Mother and Joseph are here with Me this morning.� Mary said, �I your Mother, embrace each one of you, My children on this solemn feast of mine. I love you all.� St. Joseph spoke saying, �As the foster father of Jesus and Spouse of the Blessed Virgin Mary, I salute you all as you begin a New Year. I care for you all and I pray for you.�
Jesus then said, �Today is My Mother's great Feast day. Because she is My Mother, she is called the Mother of God, a title the Church has given to her. This honor shows Her greatness. She is not only the Mother of God but also your Mother. Celebrate Her on earth as We celebrate Her in heaven. Honor her who plays such an important role in your salvation. The Father honored her from the moment of her conception till her glorious assumption into heaven. She has been given the title Queen of Heaven and Earth. It is fitting to honor Her who called herself �the handmaid of the Lord.� A new year begins for the world. I call you all, My brothers and sisters, to strengthen the bond of friendship between Us. I call all those far from Me to amend their lives, to repent of all their sins and to become My friends before it is too late. It is time to wake up and come into the light. I bless you all with joy and peace.�
