| The Mr. Z's Pizza sale begins on Friday, November 15, 2002. Order forms must be returned to school by Monday, December 2, 2002 |

| Purpose: To raise funds for trips. Products: Mr.Z's frozen pizza products, convenience foods, and famous desserts including new taste tempting selections plus Wisconsin cheese and sausage. Procedure: Orders may be taken immediately. If possible, have parents take orders at work. Order forms must be returned to school by Monday, December 2nd.. Payment: All money is collected when products are delivered to your customers. All money must be turned in on Wednesday, January 2, 2002. Checks should be made payable to Fort Atkinson H.S. Music. Please write one check for your complete order. NO CASH - CHECKS OR MONEY ORDERS ONLY * Delivery: Products will be delivered frozen/refrigerated to the school on Tuesday, December 17th, after school. Please be on time! All orders MUST be picked up on delivery day. If you cannot be there please arrange for someone else to pick up your order. The products will be frozen/refrigerated and we do not have the facilities to store unclaimed products. Those orders will be returned to Mr. Z's. Thank you for your continued support in our efforts!
