About Catherine

Catherine's contribution about New Jersey

Catherine is a twelve year old girl who was adopted as a baby from Romania. In spite of her auditory processing problems, she is a very smart and hardworking kid. She is interested in finding out more facts about Romania (her birth place) and getting into contact with other children who have the same interests like her.

Here are some facts about her:

"Hi! I'm Catherine or you can call me Luminita (my birth name).  What is it like in Romania? The last time I was in Romania was when I was a baby, so I am very curious. I wish I could see somebody from Romania who is just like me that  likes horses, dogs,  and cats.

I love my birth mother.  Her name was Alena and my birth father was Andrean.  I love Romania so much.  I even get facts about it. I am very smart for my auditory processing problem . I hope you enjoy what I wrote about New Jersey."

Here is Catherine's wonderful contribution about New Jersey, USA. Enjoy it!

New Jersey is a great place to live. We have a lot of cars in this state. There are also different sized homes. I live in a medium sized home. It is very pretty here. We have many plants, trees, and flowers. The animals are very beautiful. We have deer, foxes, bears, and groundhogs. A groundhog is a furry brown animal that burrows underground. We have many in our backyard.
I love living in New Jersey.
