A ) One company located in Mumbai, manufacture Document Display System which is
required by ISO 9000 Companies & Pharma Companies for GMP ( Good Manufacturing Practices ).It is used for displaying SOPs ( Standard Operating Procedures )
on shop floor.
In one year, we completely changed the complexion and orientation of
Marketing.
We revamped their Leaflet, Web Site, coded the products , prepared the presentations, & write ups .Prepared the Ads & its schedules etc . We even made customer visits for making Presentations .
We prepared basic Marketing plan, identified the segments for Focus. Suggested cost effective methods of promotion and implemented the Marketing
plan.
Our most important contribution was to organize and provide a sense of direction to the Marketing efforts. ( The Sales doubled in one year. ) Since then there is just no looking back !
B ) One company approached us , for helping them out to market Wooden Furniture Component. We
recommended them to enter into certain type of full fledged Furniture. We helped them in identifying Target Segment , Pricing Strategies and basic approach to Marketing . ( The Business is growing Steadily ever since .)
However , we must confess that, in all the cases , it was the customer's commitment & co operation that made our contribution meaningful to them. ( We will not take all the credit for increase in Sales. Both the customers also deserve their due share. )
C ) One of our client manufacture an important Component required by Elevator Industry - Elevator Doors. His problem was that ,he could not cope up with the demand and the customers were getting delayed supplies affecting their schedules completely.
We studied the Problem , suggested the change in the layout of the Machineries , rearranged the Manufacturing Process , offered innovative storage technique for storing & handling of heavy coiled Strips etc. We even convinced the workers, whose participation was the most essential part of the scheme.
Within three months of implanting the new scheme of Production Process , the Production doubled , with workers convinced that even further increase will be possible with just some fine tuning .
( You may wonder what a Marketing consultant has got to do with Production ? You are absolutely wrong ! Marketing is not only about Sales & Service , it is also concerned about Production , it's Quality .There is no point in Booking an Order if you are not able to fulfill it in time with desired quality . Mind you Marketing is a holistic approach !! )
So , in this case the need of the hour was increasing the Production rapidly .
However the entire credit goes to the client , who not only accepted our suggestions , but implemented and even took risk of investing in the innovative storage technique . And he reaped the benefits !

D ) We prepared Market report to provide estimates of Market Demand in India and Global potential for the Organic Intermediate, which goes into manufacture of Red Pigment . Due to our report , the customer could take a final decision about their expansion plans.
The above cases illustrate not only the Services offered by us, but also , to some extent , our method of working. We work at Strategic level and also at Tactical level, depending upon the desire of the Client. We collaborate with our Clients and work in the fields( Markets ) when ever required. You will agree that no worthwhile Marketing Consultancy can be provided , without field visits. We just do that, to complement Strategic Planning .
