Each sponsoring store will run three qualifiers.  Each qualifier will award the winner an invitation to the OCC Finals, as well as other prizes at the discretion of the store.  Click on the store links for more information.  Additionally, a player's record will be tracked across all three qualifiers, and at the end of the third, the player with the best record who did not win a qualifier will be awarded that store's fourth qualification.

OCC qualifiers are open to any player who does not already hold an invitation to the OCC.  If a player wishes to play in further qualifiers after having an invitation, they must first renounce their invitation by informing the store that they earned their invitation at.  Once they have done so, the following occurs:

1) The invitation that they had previously been awarded is revoked.  This invite does not pass down.

2) The player is now free to play in any other qualifiers.

3) The player is ineligible to win any further invitations.  If they win a later qualifier, the slot will drop down to the second place finisher.  If they would receive the fourth invitation slot, this will drop down to the next eligible candidate.

This will provide a method for players who are unable to attend the OCC Finals to comtinue to play in local events, while making sure that they cannot take up more than one of their sponsoring store's slots.
