Additionally, I am involved in the ongoing process of re-evaluating existing sites such as PSN and our numerous customized infosites for improvements. These improvements can be as simple as re-architecting existing information to provide users with a more positive experience or it may involve working with the IS team to leverage existing internal technologies and apply them to other areas of the business unit.
A recent example of this is the addition to Canada Life's member site of an online Education Centre, built using an existing framework and utilizing the information contained on the Smart Investing software CD distributed with new member kits.
On a continuing basis I collaborate with other departments within the Canada Life to provide useful web-based solutions that are designed to both retain clients and showcase our ability to service new clients.
