Week 4 NCAAF Rankings

                   September 12, 2004:
Well, here we are again; time for my college football rankings.  This week will be much
tougher than last without a doubt.  It went from no top 25 teams losing to a whopping six.  Six!
Plus there were some--like Georgia, Texas, and Ohio State--that had to fight surprisingly hard
for a win.  This week was just a preview of some of the surprises to come this year.
And so, without further delay, here are my new Week 4 rankings for college football:

My NCAAF Rankings

                  September 5, 2004:
Yesterday was an exciting day for college football.  No top-ranked team got upset, but
there were some close calls (like LSU and Clemson).  The fact that everyone who was supposed
to win won (unless you thought Toledo would upset Minnesota) would lead most people to
believe the rankings shouldn't be changed.  But there's where you're wrong.  Some teams showed
they were a lot stronger than others, while some showed that they're weaker than many expected.
And so here is my personal new and improved top twenty-five teams list.

NCAAF Predictions

                  August 28, 2004:
College football starts tonight as USC takes on Virginia Tech at 7:30 p.m.  I'm a little
late, but I've still got time to make my predictions.  In an ESPN/USA Today coaches poll, USC
is, not surprisingly, first, followed by (also not surprisingly) Oklahoma, LSU, and Georgia.  In
fifth is Miami.  Sixth is Florida State, seventh is Michigan, and eighth is Texas.  OSU and
Florida round out the top ten.  But, remember, these rankings don't always hold up.  Who will
really have the best year of these ten?  And what unranked team will shock everyone by
playing surprisingly well?  I'll let you know what I think.
