Week 4 NCAAF Rankings September 12, 2004: Well, here we are again; time for my college football rankings. This week will be much tougher than last without a doubt. It went from no top 25 teams losing to a whopping six. Six! Plus there were some--like Georgia, Texas, and Ohio State--that had to fight surprisingly hard for a win. Can Ichiro Break the Record? September 3, 2004: The Seattle Mariners' season has indisputably a bust. Although they haven't reached the playoffs since that spectacular season in 2001 when they won 116 games, in the past couple years the Mariners have been able to lead the division at the All Star break and end the season with a nice 93-69 record. But not this year. They're in last place, currently with a 51-82 record. But, still, it's not all bad for the Mariners. Although they don't get to witness the excitement of October, they do get something close to--they get to watch their own Ichiro Suzuki's attempts at breaking the single-season hits record. 2004 NFL Predictions August 20, 2004: Another NFL season is approaching. We see some new faces (like Eli Manning) and some old ones (like his brother Peyton). And we see excitement. The 2004 season will see its fair share of surprising and not-so-surprising moments. But the big story: can the Patriots repeat?
