ANGER
Psalm 37:8 " Cease from anger and forsake wrath; do not fret;
it leads to evildoing." |

ANXIETY
Philippians 4:6 " Be anxious for nothing, but in
everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your
requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which
surpasses all comprehension, will guard your hearts and your mind in
Christ Jesus."
I Peter
5:6-7 " Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of
God, that he may exalt you at the proper time, casting all your
anxiety on Him, because He cares for you." |

IN
CHRIST (Back to index)
Colossians 1:10 -20" ....so that you will walk in a
manner worthy of the Lord, to please Him in all respects, bearing
fruit in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God;
strengthened with all power, according to His glorious might, for
the attaining of all steadfastness and patience; joyously giving
thanks in the inheritance of the saints in Light. For He
rescued us from the domain of darkness, and transferred us to the
kingdom of His beloved Son in whom we have redemption, the
forgiveness of sins. He is is the image of the invisible God, the
first Born of all creation. For by Him all things were
created, both in the heavens and on earth, visible and invisible,
whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities - all things
have been created through Him and for Him. He is before all
things, and in Him all things hold together. He is also head
of the body, the church; and He is the beginning, the firstborn from
the dead, so that He himself will come to have first place in
everything. For it was the Father's good pleasure for all the
fullness to dwell in Him, and through Him to reconcile all things to
Himself, having made peace through the blood of His cross; through
Him, I say, whether things on earth or things in heaven." |

GOOD WORK
(Back to index)
Matthew 5:13-16 " You are the salt of the earth;
but if the salt has became tasteless, how can it be made salty again
? it is no longer good for anything, except to be thrown out
and trampled under foot by men. You are the light of the
world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden; nor does anyone
light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on the lamp stand, and it
gives light to all who are in the house. Let your light shine
before men in such a way that they may see your good works, and
glorify your Father who is in heaven."

LOVE:
God's
(Back to index)
Roman 8: 37-39 " But in all these things we
overwhelmingly conquer through Him who loved us. For I am
convinced that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor
principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers,
nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, will be able to
separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

NEW LIFE (Back
to index)
Colossians
3:1-17 "Therefore if you have been raised up with Christ, keep
seeking the things above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand
of God. Set your mind on the things above, not on the tings
that are on earth. For you have died and your life is hidden
with Christ in God. When Christ, who is our life, is revealed,
then you also will be revealed with Him in glory. Therefore
consider the members of your earthly body as dead to immorality,
impurity, passion, evil desire, and greed, which amounts to
idolatry. For it is because of these things that the wrath of
God will come upon the sons of disobedience, and in them you also
once walked, when you were living in them. But now you also,
put them all aside: anger, wrath, malice, slander, and abusive
speech from your mouth. Do not lie to one another, since you
laid aside the old self with its evil practices, and have put
on the new self who is being renewed to a true knowledge according
to the image of the One who created him - a renewal in which there
is no distinction between Greek and Jew, circumcised and
uncircumcised, barbarian, Scythian, slave and freeman, but Christ is
all, and in all. So, as those who have been chosen of God,
holy and beloved, put on a heart of compassion, kindness, humility,
gentleness and patience; bearing with one another, and forgiving
each other , whoever has a complaint against anyone, just as the
Lord forgave you, so also should you. Beyond all these things
put on love, which is the perfect bond of unity. Let the peace
of Christ rule in your hearts, to which indeed you were called in
one body; and be thankful. Let the word of Christ richly dwell
within you, with all wisdom teaching and admonishing one another
with psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with thankfulness
in your hearts to God. Whatever you do in word or deed, do all
in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks through Him to God the
Father." |

Isaiah
40:31 " Yet those who wait for the Lord will gain new strength;
they will mount up with wings like eagles, they will run and not get
tired, they will walk and not become weary."

4:13 " I can do all things through Him who strengthens
me." |

TRANSFORMATION
(Back to index)
Ephesians 5:22-26 " But the fruit of the Spirit is
love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness,
gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law.
Now those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with
its passions and desires. If we live by the Spirit, let us
also walk by the Spirit. Let us not become boastful,
challenging one another, envying one another."

TRIBULATION

II
Corinthians 1: 3-5 " Blessed be the God and Father
of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all
comfort, who comforts us in all our affliction so that we will be
able to comfort those who are in any affliction with the comfort
with which we ourselves are comforted by God. For just as the
sufferings of Christ are ours in abundance, so also our comfort is
abundant through Christ."
II
Corinthians 4: 8-10 " We are afflicted in every way, but not
crushed; perplexed, but not despairing; persecuted, but not
forsaken; struck down, but not destroyed; always carrying about in
the body the dying of Jesus, so that the life of Jesus also may be
manifested in our body."
Roman 8:28 " And we know that God causes all things to
work together for good to those who love God, and to those who are
called according to His purpose."
James 1:2-4 " Consider it all joy, my brethren, when
you encounter various trials, knowing that the testing of your faith
produces endurance. And let endurance have its perfect result,
so that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing. " |

TRUSTING GOD
(Back to index)
Proverb
3: 5-6 " Trust in the Lord with all your heart and do not
lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge
Him, and He will make your path straight."
I
Corinthians 13:12-13 " For now we see in a mirror
dimly, but then face to face; now I know in part, but then I will
know fully just as I also have been fully known. But now
faith, hope, abide these three; but the greatest of these is love.
"
Psalm 37:3-7 " Trust in the Lord and do good; Dwell in
the land and cultivate faithfulness. Delight yourself in the
Lord; and He will give you the desires of your heart. Commit
your way to the Lord, trust also also in Him, and He will do
it. He will bring forth your righteousness as the light and
your judgment as the noonday. Rest in the Lord and wait
patiently for Him..." |

WORD (Back to index)
Psalm
1:1-3 " How blessed is the man who does not walk in the counsel
of the wicked, Nor stand in the path of sinners, nor sit in the seat
of scoffers ! But his delight is in the law of the Lord, And
in His law he meditates day and night. He will be like a tree
firmly planted by streams of water, which yields its fruit in its
season and its leaf does not wither; and in whatever he does, he
prospers. " |

HE
SAID
Matthew 3:15 " Suffer it to be so now: for thus it becometh us
to fulfil all righteousness"
Matthew 4:4 But he answered and said, " It is written, Man shall not
live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the
mouth of God."
Matthew 4:7 Jesus said unto him," It is written again, Thou shalt not
tempt the Lord thy God. "
Matthew 4:10 Then saith Jesus unto him " Get
thee hence, Satan: for it is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord
thy God, and him only shalt thou serve. "
Matthew 4:17 From that time Jesus began to preach, and to say,
" Repent: for the kingdom of heaven is
at hand. "
Matthew 4:19 And he saith unto them " Follow me, and I will
make you fishers of men. "
Matthew 5:3-11 " Blessed are the poor in spirit; for theirs is
the kingdom of heaven. Blessed are they that mourn: for they
shall be comforted. Blessed are the meek: for they shall
inherit the earth. Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst
after righteousness: for they shall be filled. Blessed are the
merciful: for they shall obtain mercy. Blessed are the pure in
heart: for they shall see God. Blessed are the peacemakers:
for they shall be called the children of God. Blessed are they
which are persecuted for righteousness' sake: for their's is the
kingdom of heaven. Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you,
and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you
falsely, for my sake. Rejoice, and be exceedingly glad: for
great is your reward in heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets
which were before you "
Matthew 5:12-17 "Ye are the salt of the earth: but if
the salt have lost his savour, wherewith shall it be salted ? it is
henceforth good for nothing, but to be cast out, and to be trodden
under foot of men. Ye are the light of the world. A city
that is set on a hill can not be hid. Neither do men light a
candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it
giveth light unto all that are in the house. Let your light so
shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify
your Father which is in heaven. Think not that I am come to
destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy,
but to fulfil."
Matthew 5: 18-24 "For verily I say into you, Till heaven and
earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the
law, till all be fulfilled. Whosoever therefore shall break
one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be
called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do
and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of
heaven. For I say unto you, that except your righteousness
shall exceed the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, ye
shall in no case enter into the kingdom of heaven. Ye
have heard that it was said by them of old time , thou shalt
not kill; and whosoever shall kill shall be in danger of the
judgment: But I say unto you, that whosoever is angry with his
brother without a cause shall be in danger of the judgment: and
whosoever shall say to his brother, Raca, shall be in danger of the
council: but whosoever shall say, Thou fool, shall be in danger of
hell fire. Therefore if thou bring thy gift to the altar, and there
rememberest that thy brother hath ought against thee; leave
there thy gift before the altar, and go thy way; first be reconciled
to thy brother, and then come and offer thy gift."
Matthew 5:25-29 " Agree with thine adversary quickly, whiles
thou art in the way with him; lest at any time the adversary deliver
thee to the judge, and the judge deliver thee to the officer, and
thou be cast into prison. Verily I say unto thee, thou shalt
by no means come out thence, till thou hast paid the uttermost
farthing. Ye have heard that it was said by them of old time,
thous shalt not commit adultery.
