ED)You
went over to Aussie for a working/surfing holiday in the middle of the
year, how was that?
Paul) It was really cool
I learned alot about looking after myself and scored some of the best waves
of my life .
ED)You
recently moved out to a sick pad at Raglan overlooking Whale Bay so how
have you been enjoying that?
Paul) I really love it out
here I get so much more time in the water and there is a nice relaxed atmosphere
out here its helped my surfing alot also.
ED)
So what is it like being a bodyboarder at Raglan, good and bad things?
Paul) One bad thing is there
arnt really that many of us out here compared to other places so we do
tend to still get a bit of grief from the hard core crew from time to time
. But personaly I love being a bodyboarder in Raglan the waves suite my
style and most off the time every one is cool.
ED)
You are pretty good mates with the mad local bodyboardr known as Soundz,
for those of us who don't know of him tell us a little bit about him?
Paul) Sounds is a deaf body
boarder that used to live out here his real name is craig but we call him
sounds because he alway make crazy sounds in the water hes a real classic
he surfs really good and he has one of the sickest minds i have ever come
accross in my life.
ED)
What are you currently doing with your life at the moment and what are
your plans for the future?
Paul) Im working at
Iguana which is a really nice resturant in Hams its a cool place to work
because every one is cool and laid back im just trying to save money to
either go back to oz or travel all over nz .
My long term plan is to
start my own surf treks company doing surf missions all over nz .
ED)
What is it like being Grim's bumboy?
Paul) Its not that bad but
sometimes he treats me bad and and im gutted for weeks (what a gay question
every one knows that grim and you have been an item for years)
ED)
Anyhting else you would like to add?
Paul) Grimp and dale sattler
like boys and cock. b cool to every one and if no
ones being cool to you you
have to try harder.peace....
