What is it like living in Rarotonga?
Dom) Awesome.
Ed)
What is the bodyboard scene like in Rarotonga? Mostly bodyboaders. Are
there many local rippers?
Dom) About 10 good local
rippers.
Dom using his local
knowledge to setup a perfect Cook Island peak.
Ed)
What are the waves like in Rarotonga and what seasons would be the best
times to go to Rarotonga for a surf trip?
Ed) Awesome, real good barrels
& narly, mostly reef breaks. Mainly good surf all year round with a
window of about two weeks. But you should check with Niki's Surf Shop before
you come over ,at [email protected]

In the bodyboard video Fu Manchu there was a shot of you which was mistaken
for Kelly Hunt, how did you score a shot on the video?
Dom) I was surfing with
Nelz and Spencer Skipp that day. Kelly Hunt lost his flippers as I was
going out so he had to go back in, and the photographers were out so I
was lucky and catch this real sick dropknee barrel.
Ed)
You recently came over to NZ for the bodyboard Nationals at Mahia, did
you enjoy the trip?
Dom) I enjoyed the trip,
but was disapointed with the dropknee competition because it was canceled
that day and because the waves were pumping and I had to leave for Auckland
the next day with my ride.
Ed)
Anything else you would like to add?
Dom) Keep on ripping.
