Types of Membership

 

Northwest Chapter Member - $70.00

Full members include any certified Emergency Medical Attendant (EMA) under the Ontario Ministry of Health definition or any certified EMCA who practices in Northwestern Ontario.  ** Please Note:  all EMA's and A-EMCA's are required to be full members
Includes:  voting status at all annual and special meetings of the OPA, plus all previously mentioned benefits.
Eligibility to be elected to the OPA & NWOPA board

Associate Member - $40.00

Associate members are persons interested in the field of Paramedicine.  This would include, as an example, students in a Primary Care Paramedic program, allied health professionals, EMS Dispatchers, fire and police services personnel.  ** Please Note:  EMA's & EMCA's are not permitted to join as associate members.

Includes all benefits previously listed except "voting status"

Corporate Member - $150.00

Corporate memberships are granted to Corporations/Organizations involved or interested in Paramedicine or Emergency Medical Services
Includes: all benefits previously listed except "voting status", links to your company web page on the OPA web site, discounts in booth costs for exhibiting at OPA events plus a one page ad or brochure per year included in the general mailings.
