The RN Access Course is a prerequisite for returning RN's seeking to complete their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) at Kwantlen University College, who have not received there nursing education in a British Columbia Collaborative Nursing program.

What is the Collaborative Nursing Program?

The Collaborative Nursing Program is a generic program developed in partnership with the University of Victoria and eight other B.C. nursing education sites: Camosun College, Douglas College, Langara College, Malaspina University College, North Island College, Okanagan University College, Selkirk College and the University College of the Cariboo. The program was developed in reponse to the Canadian Nurses Association and the RNABC recommendation that the minimum entry to practice be a baccalaureate degree. The result of combining the expertise, energies and resources of both college and university partners is an innovative, integrated, coherent, generic baccalaureate program.
