for Cairo. All meals served aloft.
DAY 2 – SAT – CAIRO
Afternoon arrival in Cairo where our host
Nile Tours and cruises. host will meet, assist and transfer you
to your hotel. (D)
DAY 3 – SUN –CAIRO –
CITY TOUR
This morning your guide introduces you to
the masterpieces of ancient art in The Egyptian Museum,
including the treasures of Tutankhamun. Drive to Old Cairo,
where early Judaism and Christianity flourished in Egypt. Visit
the Ben Ezra Synagogue and Saint Serguis Church. After lunch,
drive to the Islamic quarter to stroll the Great Citadel begun
by Saladin and visit the Mohamed Ali Mosque, also known as the
"Alabaster Mosque". Enjoy a walking tour of the
Colorful Khan El Khalili Bazaar district. This evening return to
the Pyramids area for a "Sound & Light Show"
presentation. (B/L/D).
DAY 4 – MON
–CAIRO/GIZA/MEMPHIS AND SAKKARA
After breakfast, a scenic drive will take
you to the Pyramids & Sphinx of Giza, which have stood for
the last 5000 years. Complete your visit at Gjiza with a tour of
theSolar Boat Museum. After lunch, continue onto ancient
Memphis, the first capital of United Upper and Lower Egypt and
Sakkara, site of the Step Pyramid of Zoser. (B/L/D).
DAY 5 – TUE - CAIRO/ASWAN
This morning, you will take a sightseeing
flight over the Temples of Abu Simbel. Visit the GreatTemple of
Ramses II, standing before four colossal statues at his feet of
his wife Nefertari and daughters. After visiting this
magnificent site, you will be transferred to the airport for
your flight back to Aswan. Once there, your Nile Tours and
Cruises. host will assist and transfer you to your luxury cruise
ship for a 5 day/4 night cruise. In the afternoon, sail on a
felucca to view Elephantine Island and the Nilometer, built by
the Pharaohs. Then continue sailing to the Agha Khan Mausoleum.

DAY 6 - WED – ASWAN/ KOM
OMBO/ EDFU
Before leaving Aswan, you’ll pay a visit
to the awesome Aswan dams, Philae Temple, and gaze at the
massive Unfinished Obelisk in the granite quarry. Set sail down
river this afternoon to visit the Temple of Kom Ombo. (B/L/D)
DAY 7 - THU -
EDFU/ESNA/LUXOR
Visit the Edfu Temple today. It’s
considered to be the apex of Egyptian architecture. Then sail to
the Temple of Khnum, the Ram-Headed God, at Esna. Arrive in
Luxor this evening. (B/L/D)
DAY 8 - FRI – LUXOR
Cross the Nile today to visit the
world-renowned Valley ofo the Kings and Queens and the Temple of
Queen Hatshepsut Funerary. Then on to the Ramesseum, and finally
the Colossi of Memnon. Evening transfer to Karnak Temple for the
magnificent "Sound & Light Show". (B/L/D)
DAY 9 - SAT - LUXOR/CAIRO
Today you will visit the Luxor Temple,
dedicated to God Amon-Ra. It was expanded by Ramses II, who
added statues of himself. Then go on to visit magnificent Karnak
Temple. Afternoon, fly back to Cairo with several free hours to
explore more of the city or do some last-minute shopping . (B/D)
DAY 10 – SUN –CAIRO/NEW
YORK
After an early breakfast, your Nile Tours
and Cruises, representative transfers you to the airport for
your departure flight on EgyptAir. (B)
