Frank has taught at George Washington University since earning his degrees in painting. He frequently exhibits through George Washington University but his works are also seen at the Dimock Gallery, Columbia College, Gelman Library, GW Alumni House, GW Medical Center, and the Cosmos Club.
His paintings have recently been purchased by the accounting firm of Deloitte and Touche, "Sallie Mae" and the Washington Hospital Center. His painting, The Inaugural Parade of FDR is the frontispiece of Carol Highsmith's Washington, DC: A Photographic Tour, out in March from Random House. His new studio at Columbia Plaza, allows him to work on scenes of Washington during the Civil War and a posthumous portrait for Fairfax Hospital. His work was included in the landscape exhibition at the Nancy Booth Gallery in Washington, DC during April.
