- Track general account income and expenses.
- Track the account of each team member including payments as well as
credit from participation in fundraisers.
- Facilitate ideas and participation to raise money for our organization
and lower out-of-pocket costs for team members.
- Get proper approvals from school.
- Track participation and forward money raised to advisor.

- Keep NHS Color Guard's Web site current with pictures and details of upcoming events.
- Take pictures for the end of the year banquet presentation.
- Post times and maps of the competition locations during Winter Guard.

- Keep NHS students and parents aware of what is going on with Color Guard through the
weekly bulletin, signs/posters, etc.
- Contact local newspapers with information and pictures.
- Help to advertise fund raisers and the end of the year try outs.
- Take pictures for web page and end of year banquet.
