Mrs. Shetland has been performing, choreographing, teaching and judging
Dance/Drill teams for the past 20 years. She studied dance at UCR as
well as several prominent studios in Southern California. She has nine
years of coaching experience at the High School level and has been a
judge for CADTD (Cal. Assoc. Dance Team Directors) and SCSBOA
(Color Guard/Auxiliary) for the past eight years. She is currently
serving on the Board of CADTD as President-elect. Jen will begin her
first year at Northwood High this fall, teaching English, Dance, and
advising the Color Guard. She is currently working on her Masters in
Secondary Education at Cal State Fullerton. Her spare time is filled
with her family; her husband is a band director and she has two adorable
red-head boys: Nathan, 5 and Josh, 3.
