What’s
Happening Play
Groups Play groups are for all ages; some may be age specific and typically
meet every week. The individual playgroups decide time, place and any
activities they would like to do. Children’s
Activities We always offer a variety of children’s activities each month.
They include craft projects, park days, zoo days, mall play dates, restaurant
lunch/play time, tours of various places, bowling, puppet shows, just to name
a few. Our club is focused on our children and therefore they are welcome at
every event except MOMS Night Out. Please email for a list of upcoming events
or to receive a copy of our newsletter. Meal
Exchange This group of moms cooks and freezes main dishes and then exchange with
each other monthly. It is a great way to get new recipes and have meals
prepared ahead of time. MOMS
Night Out Once a month we have fun with MOMS Night Out. Previous activities
include eating at favorite restaurants, movies, seeing comics, shopping and
crafts. Occasionally we have Couples Night Out as well. It is a great
chance to get to know fellow moms better. Crop
Club This scrap booking group meets monthly at the home of a member for some
cropping fun, kids always invited. Cruisin
Mamas Once a month our chapter ventures outside the Meet
& Greet Once a month, we hold a meeting to discuss and vote on upcoming events.
We often have a speaker from the community or just enjoy time for moms to get
to know each other doing a craft or project while the kids play in the
nursery. |
