Here is some references to shops in Cape Breton, these are the only two that I know of.  If there is another that is worth mentioning inform me.

Frameworks Fitness and Bikes:
One of my favorite shops I have been to, always willing to help and great service.  Deals Norco, Jamis,  Diamondback, and Haro.

Ramseys Cycle and Sport:
Another pretty good shop, they deal Specialized bikes.  Great pricing on apparel.  Check them out.
