Welcome to NSFR.  We are a website that is dedicated (somewhat) to bringing you information on the local riding scene in Cape Breton, Nova Scotia.  It is updated and maintained by me, Mark Taylor.  Most of the riding depicted here is mountain biking, but there is also some BMX thrown in.  We have been around for more then a year now and this year hope to step it up even more.  I will add any info that pertains to this site as soon as I can/care enough to do so.  I recommend a resolution of at least 800 x 600 and a broadband internet connection for this website.  If you have any questions about NSFR then feel free to email me. The Scene:

27/07/04 - Heya everybody, riding season is in full force.  In between work I try to update as much as possible, there's lots of new pictures and the quality is ever-rising - not just the riders but the photography as well, expect this trend to continue.  I've decided to make Seasons 04.  Expect it to release late fall.  It will be here on my site.  Don't worry, it will be nothing like last years video, haha.  Well that is it for now.  Remember if anyone has a cool picture or video (preferably .MOV) then don't hesitate to send it to me.  See you on the trails.
