| Name: Daria Winnifred Washburn Age: 17 Birth Date: January 2 Gender: Female National Origin: Neo US of A Occupation: Mechanic Appearance: Petite in height, Daria has an hourglass shape to her with defined, if not excessively generous curves. She has a small build, and it seems to suit her spunky, energetic personality. DW has bright blue eyes with enough depth to fill the Atlantic and enough energy to make lightning strike. Her hair is black as the raven night, wavy tendrils cascading down to her hips. If she's not wearing it down, she might have it braided or tucked back in a bun. She likes her tops tight and her bottoms loose, typically found in turtlenecks, novelty tee-shirts, or bell-sleeeved tops and denim stove-pipes. Daria is rarely caught in a skirt or dress, and is always heavily littered in obnoxious jewlery adorned with spikes. She occassionally dresses with a sort of rennassiance theme for a change of pace. Daria wears rectangular glasses with silver frames for distance. Personality: Despite her blunt nature, Daria is mysterious to strangers. Fun-loving, this wild child barely knows the meaning of the word modesty. Not brutally honest, she's not a bold-faced liar, either. The girl's got off-the-walls spunk, though this can make her high-maintenance on occassion. She's somewhat hardened to the world, tougher than the toughest...and quirkier than the quirkiest. Daria can put up shields around certain people, and sometimes they never go down. The girl's never been afraid to get her hands dirty, and gives her endeavors her all. Dream: Daria dreams of a place where she doesn't have to wear masks. Quirks: Her facial expressions come from nowhere, but seem to be everywhere at once; she tends to blink excessively when she's nervous, and is something of a hair-twirler. She's made up her own special 'victory' dance, and is also vocally responsive to almost anything. Daria is also in the habit of wiggling her eyebrows for no apparent reason (other than boredom, at times), twitching her nose and mouth, licking her lips, and biting her cheek. She is a compulsive tooth-brusher who rocks on her heels often and seems to bounce or float merrily along rather than walk. Ms. Washburn also has a tendency to keep her hands in her pockets or curled around something. She tends to wear her glasses atop her head when she's not using them. History: Since the beginning, Daria was something of a tomboy. She always liked to play rough, and was in love with cars, planes, trains, and boats since she'd gotten her paws on the first model she'd played with as a little girl. Her father taught her how to work on various vehicles, and her grandfather taught her how to cook. She inherrited her love for computers from her mother, who she was exceptionally close with.
