Florida Chapter's The Central Florida Chapter celebrated its 25th anniversary with an exhibit of the needle arts of its members from September 13, 1998 through January 10, 1999. The exhibition was at the Orange County Historical Museum. This judged exhibition featured the work of Central Florida Chapter's members over the past 25 years, showing the changes in needle art over the years. Demonstrations of various needlework techniques were also held. Visitors were asked to vote for their favorite piece for a "People's Choice" award that was presented at the close of the exhibition.
