Toreador of Toronto

Infamy

There are problems in every family. And like most families, we try to keep them quiet.

Well, sometimes.

These people went beyond what we could keep in the family. Or they got caught. One or the other.

Vilos Cohagen
Former Sherriff, Former Keeper of Elysium

Famous even by Toreador standards, Vilos' poetry has sold millions, the demand reaching a peak when he "died". Since then, a giant statue in his likeness has been erected, and legions of fans still worship his memory. He is quietly writing under another name. Vilos has gotten into trouble on and off, mainly due to his rather vocal struggle with his humanity. Sheriff under Conall MacArran, he had moved back to the position of Keeper under Meredith James, then moved into the rarely used position of Scourge, until Meredith, citing instability and "more breaches of tradition than can be listed..."
Everyone knows Vilos is crazy... isn't he?

Wesley Lewiston/Desmond
Former Steward

Assumed to be quite young, Wesley was a poet. It was said that he came from an upper class family, and that he knew little to nothing of his sire. His work with the city's influences were formidable. Until it was revealed that he was actually an elder of Clan Malkavian who created his late son's personality to live in and grow closer to him.
Desmond has since left for parts unknown.

Sagat Rook

Originally thought to be a Malkavian, to the point of being Primogen, Sagat was actually Toreador Antitribu. Known as the man who sold out the city to the Sabbat, he became Bishop. Shortly after the Auction which made Kiril of Clan Ravnos into King Kiril of Toronto, Sagat was apparently killed by Shamus Kleo.

Damian McNaughton

Damian was once primogen and elder. He was thought to be an exceptional example of the clan. People liked him so much that when he began to act strangely, they covered for him. He changed, a little later, drastically. The trust in him waned until, in a rather public scene, Meredith told him to leave and go back to his pack. Damian was no longer, and his loss was felt.

Belasco

Even among the Toreador Clan, Belasco earned a reputation for excesses of debauchery and indulgence. Best known for his wild S&M themed parties, Belasco suffered through several unsavory rumors, including whispered ties to the Sabbat. When Toronto fell to a Sabbat invasion in August 1996, they were only too happy to confirm Belasco's role in helping them achieve victory, and outraged Camarilla citizens killed him shortly afterwards.
