Toreador of Toronto

History

"I saw the best minds of my generation destroyed by
madness..." - Howl

Toronto. A city poised on the brink of becoming the "World Class City" it so desperately wants to be. Rivalling London and New York as a centre for live theatre, it's cultural scene has has a unique diversity and sense of youth that breeds brilliant small productions as well as the huge blockbuster musicals that the city has become noted for.

However, in the past few months, Toronto has been torn asunder; with race riots, skirmishes between rival factions, streets flooded with drugs, and tensions rising to the breaking point.
So much for a World Class City.
And this is nothing compared to what the Kindred are dealing with.

Vampires come to Toronto, however, they often have a problem leaving. Either they settle in and call it home, or someone (or something) decides that the Kindred populace is going to stay put for a while, or they find something (or someone) that ties them to the city.
Or they just die before they can get out.
Isabella Munroe used to say that Toronto is where the Camarilla sends it's rejects.
Maybe.
There has to be a reason behind Toronto's problems. There has to be something causing all this. And if Toronto's Kindred could find out what it is, maybe there'd be time left to stop it.
As it turns out...it might be too late.
An evil infests the city, seen only fully when Ibrahim died, a servant of the Wyrm. Gnoll says he's taken care of He Who Should Not Walk.
How long will it last?

More to come...
