has contacts throughout the Kindred and Kine world - if there's violence
involved, Jasper is involved. His position with Arnand is one of
suspicion and distrust - Arnand suspects Jasper of taking bribes from various
Clans as several missions under his leadership have ended badly; Jasper
feels Arnand is an ancient relic of the days when vampires were fought
with stakes and crosses. Their only connection is Bo, whom Jasper
has known since his days as a street hustler in Times Square. |
