Lashley is the adopted daughter of Arnand Jacobs. Bodicea, better
known as Bo, was working as a bartender at the Orb, and was only vaguely
aware of the true nature of her employers. She walked in on a blood
orgy headed by Aiji Shuurajou, and November and Ethan Hemithanes, and bolted
for her life. In the process of fleeing from the Empire State building,
she practically ran over Arnand, who calmed her down and listened to her
story. Knowing the Hemithanes would search out and destroy Bodicea,
he took her home and told her the truth. About the Clans, about the
Council, and about the Brethren. He also told her that her options
were limited to two - leave now and risk either becoming a Kindred or being
killed by them, or joining him in fighting them. She hasn't left
his side since.
Bo is the voice of the masses within the Brethren.
Of all their members, she is the one with the most 'street smarts', meaning
she listens to the rumors, sorts out the truth, and determines what effect
it will likely have on the populace of the city. She does most of
her work 'undercover', and has one of the most dangerous jobs within the
Forty - reconnaissance of the Clans hangouts. Arnand keeps a close
eye on his daughter, as hers is a position that has a short lifeline.
