| Here's a fun update to the chicken lady... I was coming home from Carrefour (the French/Chinese Wal-Mart), sitting on the mini-bus, ignoring the stares I was getting, and a guy got on with a live chicken in a grocery bag. Well, of course, thin plastic isn't going to constrain a scared chicken, so the chicken clawed it's way out and started flapping all over the mini-bus. Under the seats, around peoples heads, nearly pecked the driver blind. And we just kept going down the road while trying to catch the chicken before the next stop. It was hysterical!! Wish I'd had my camera! |
