I set candles on the pavement where Nick was lying. I set one where his head was, and one where his feet were. The police had sprayed "HEAD" and "FEET" on the pavement in neon orange with arrows pointing to where he was. It was really hard to read those words that were there. |

I brought poster board and markers. I laid them on the trunk of my car for people to sign, and this picture is of people signing it with messages of love to Nick's family. His parents were touched when I gave it to them. Thanks to everyone who signed it! |
