I am 43, married, have two great kids, and one beautiful grand-baby, one cat, and two dogs. We live in a small rural Texas town, and love it.
Being with my family is the most important thing to me. I love having my family close and entertaining our friends. In the summer, I love to have BBQ's, backyard volleyball games, complete with home-made ice cream after wards. In the winter,we love having friends over for a big pot of homemade chili with all the trimmings. Afterwards we play cards or "42", or rent movies.
I have too many collections to think about! My home is decorated in "Country" and "Americana". I collect Cobalt Blue glassware, Ruby Red glasware, bird houses, Coca Cola, Civil War memorbilia, Barbies and old milk jugs.
My hobbies include but are not limited to: quilting, sewing, crocheting doilies, cross-stitch, scrapbooking, album making, recipe collecting, genealogy, and working on my web page.
I love to read anything by Danielle Steel, Sandra Brown, and Laverle Spencer.
