This site is intended to explain gamers to those who have never played a PC game. It offers some small insights into the world of PC gaming, and may help with deciphering the strange language that sounds like English, but has no intelligible meaning to the uninitiated. It will also provide a gamer’s family or partner with ideas for gift-giving.

Some of the most popular games people are currently playing include Minecraft, Fallout 4, Skyrim, Star Craft 2, and World of War Craft.

Minecraft is a sandbox-type video game that allows players to do pretty much anything they want: build a house, build a town, build a planet, etc. The graphics look dated, like the old 8-bit video games from the 90s, but it is far more immersive.

Fallout 4 is an action-based role-playing game set in a post-apocalyptic world. It was developed by Bethesda Game Studios and published by Bethesda Softworks. It is the 5th installment in the game series, and was released on December 17th, 2015.

The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim is another action-based role-playing game set in a medieval world. It, too, was developed by Bethesda Game Studios, but the game play and rules are very different.

StarCraft 2, developed by Blizzard Entertainment, is a real-time strategy game where players must manage resources, structures, and characters in an effort to reach an objective. There are three races in the game: Protos, Terrans and Zerg.

Resident Evil, developed by Capcom, is a survival horror game where players have to solve puzzles and survive an environment filled with mutant zombies. The game series has been an inspiration for five movies, with a sixth in production. It has also been the inspiration for music, as well, such as Resident Evil Main Theme by Marilyn Manson and Ada’s Groove by ABG.

World of Warcraft developed by Blizzard Entertainment set in a medieval world, is perhaps the most popular massively multiplayer online role playing game. Players get to interact in a large world with lots of quests, stories and other content.
