Currently only Paypal Purchases are accepted. If you need another form of payment, please contact me at [email protected] to see if other options are available. Do not select "buy now" unless you will immediately follow through with PayPal payment. If payment is arranged for personal check (which is rare) all purchases made will be held until payment clears the bank. The payment methods described with auction item details are what we adhere to-no exceptions on auctions. All payments (except custom items as outlined below) are due within 24 hours of selection from our store cart or auction ending. If payment has not been made, or other arrangements agreed to within this time frame, items will be re-listed.
Shipping:
Shipping charges will always be listed with the item. Also, options for shipping: first class/priority are generally given at that time. I do combine shipping costs and the final rate will be determined by the weight of the total purchase. Insurance is always recommended as I am not responsible for your purchase after it is in USPS's hands.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges:
All refunds, returns and exchanges are done on a case by case basis*.
Requests must be made within 5 days of reciept of the item.
Items will only be considered that are in new, unused, unwashed condition.
I will not refund or exchange items purchased that are "too big" or "too small". Every item has measurements provided to prevent this from occuring. Please make sure you know your child's measurements.
Refunds will not include shipping costs.
Exchanges must be even exchanges (i.e. cover for cover, set for set, etc) and are only possible if there is another like item instock. Custom items will not be made for exchanges.
Only items purchased directly from New Life Woolens are eligible for this coverage, used purchases, and any items bought "second-hand" from others are not protected.
*The above options are not available on sale or reduced items.
Custom orders:
As of April 1, 2005 all custom orders require full payment in advance and within 48 hours of placing your order. A finalized order is expected within 1 week of purchase. Once work has begun on your custom order, alterations and refunds are not available.
Others:
Although we do not anticipate ever having to do so, I do reserve the right to refuse service and sale of our goods to potential customers at my descretion.
