"Oh hello there. I see you are interested in my little game. Care to help?"

"I am looking for artists who are willing to create original artwork for finishing the game. I just don't have the time. I need pictures of all the the monsters listed on the Dor Un Avathar as well as pictures of character classes. Only original non-photograph illustrations please."

"What is it you ask, well...It seems kind of complicated, but really its not. Two players, a deck of cards each, and a battleboard is all you need."

"The game is fairly simple, based on the Final Fantasy VIII Triple Triad card game. All of the monsters and character classes of Amtgard are categorized into seven ranks. The ranking is based on the monster to questor ratio. Then, based on their rank, each monster is placed on a card, and in the upper left hand corner of the card four numbers are placed, north, south, east and west."

"The two players each pick five cards out of their own deck. Then the defender places the first card on the battleboard. There are nine places on the board."

"Then the other player places one of their cards on the battleboard as well. If this is next to the other card, a cardbattle begins. The numbers in the upper left hand corner come in. The card with the higher number on the side of the card the two are touching wins. The losing card is now the winner's card on the battleboard. If there is a tie then they remain in the same player's deck. To remember which cards are whose a small marker is used, such as colored stones, which are placed on top of the cards."

"The rest of the game is played out this way until the battleboard is full. The winner is the player with the most cards in his or her name. Then the winner gets to choose which one of the cards in the loser's five card deck for that game is theirs."

"There are a lot of cards, and not everyone has all the cards, but a portion of them. There are rare cards and common cards. Collect them and beat everyone at your field."

"If you help I'll put your name on the card and give you a set. I will have pre-made sets on the website up in zip files when I get enough cards going and will mail you a full sized board or have one available for download, as well as a card box template online as well. If you want to help, contact me and I'll tell you the stats I'll need. I may also be setting up grayscale decks. I've also had the idea of having a tarot deck for the game set up as well. Feel free to give me any new ideas you have."
