This forum is held biannually, in June and November, to give you the opportunity to practice your public speaking skills.
Japanese participants speak in English and English native speakers speak in Japanese.
Non-Japanese participants from non-English speaking countries can speak in either English or Japanese.
Besides short talks, skits or songs are also possible. Prizes are given for such categories as "a humorous talk," "a promising speaker," and so on.
